Founded in London in 1997, Principal Search has now grown to 24 consultants, researchers and other support staff located in 3 global offices – London, New York and Dubai.

We aim to establish enduring and partnership-based relationships with a small number of international clients in specific specialist markets. Our overriding objective is to become known as the main provider of search services in each of these product areas.   We will continue to build new areas of expertise within the firm, allowing us to provide an increasingly extensive range of services to our diverse client base.
